Tax Commitment and setting of the mil rate for all three (3) Towns is determined in July each year. The 2023 Mil Rates are as follows: Mapleton 14.25, Castle Hill 15.8, and Chapman 16.10.

Tax Liens are filed with Registry of Deeds on all unpaid taxes, after 18 months, in May.

Automatic Foreclosure for all active liens filed, after 18 months, for unpaid taxes is in November.
